NEW POLICIES for 2026:

Payment is required at time of booking to confirm registration. This is to ensure participants attend the class and receive the certificates after training is complete. We do NOT issue refunds. Please be sure you have booked the correct course prior to payment.

Cancelation Policy:

We require 3 business days notice for all cancellations.

If you wish to transfer registrations to another day, we can do so at no charge if you make arrangements, prior to the course date. You must re-book your course within 30 days! Course must be completed within 60 days. Any longer and full charge will be required again.

No refunds are offered. Please be sure you are booked into the correct course you are needing. You can check with your Workplace, or licensing requirements.
